Is health data transmitted?
It can happen. The profile contains only public details about the practice, but a request through an AI agent includes a concern written in free text. If a patient describes symptoms or a diagnosis there, that is health data and therefore sensitive personal data under the revised Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (Art. 5 let. c FADP). agentready.ch stores every request to deliver it and to prevent abuse, and forwards it by email to the address you set; requests held back by the spam filter are checked by hand at agentready.ch before delivery. How long requests are kept and which providers are involved is set out in the privacy policy at agentready.ch/en/privacy. Medical details are best clarified directly with the patient.
Can an AI agent book an appointment directly?
