Today: webMCP plus MCP HTTP
Agents read a manifest, OpenAPI, agent.json and agent.md. In addition, /api/mcp exposes a JSON-RPC MCP endpoint with initialize, tools/list and tools/call.
Next: trusted agent rules
Companies will be able to set, per function, whether a human must confirm, whether only trusted agents may act automatically, or whether an action stays disabled.
Later: broader MCP clients
The same function catalogue can then be extended for more MCP clients, auth rules and trusted-agent execution.
